Selling children for a mess of pottage
A body needs a name to carry out transactions with men. For the last few
generations, parents have gone to the state to have the name of their baby
certified. After paying the state tribute money, a birth certificate is issued
which entitles this young child to privileges and benefits. What the parents do
not realize is that in the act of getting a birth certificate, they are giving
the state authority to make their child of God a child of the state.
How is this possible? There is a basic principle of law which states that
what one creates, one controls. If your parents registered your name through a
birth certificate, then the state blessed, and in effect, created, your name.
The Sheppard-Towner Maternity Act created the United States birth
registration area. It became law on November 23, 1921, and was for the
promotion, welfare, and hygiene of maternity, infancy and "for other purposes."
The act was a clear governmental granting of gifts and gratuities to a child
while he was still in the womb.
All the children who were certified by the signature and seal of parents,
doctor, and state were eligible for further federal and state benefits as a
child of the state. The bill was a direct outgrowth of a 9-year study by the
"Federal Children’s Bureau." Note that the bureau was not the "Federal Bureau
for Children," but the Bureau of Federal Children. The act created
children owned by the federal government. (See Public Law 97, 67th Congress,

Before America became a socialist state, births were recorded in the family
Bible. Parents asked God to bless their children; the children were dedicated to
God. But now Americans have forgotten God; they look to the state as their
Creator, Lord, and Protector.
When the state created your name, they were given power to control the body
attached to that name. Through the birth certificate, the state gets its first
opportunity to make your rules and regulations, issue privileges, and do
whatever they want because they own you.
