Changing phone listing
Changing a name on a telephone account is not a major problem. The switchover
from the old name to the new should go smoothly.
We told the clerk we wanted all further statements sent to our new name. A
small fee was charged for this service. Because our account was new, we agreed
to a credit check on our new name. We were surprised how easy it was. Changing
the name on an account is a common occurrence in the business world.
